FEEL AND DISCOVER YOUR CHAKRAS WITHIN!

During this retreat, you will have the opportunity to relax and forget about the daily routine. This program will offer daily workshops that will be combined with yoga and meditation to offer a unique experience for you. Find your way towards personal and spiritual development with Anja Mond as your guide and instructor.

You will have the opportunity to feel and discover your chakras within. Every day, you will take part of chakrawork, with at least four hours of yoga, chakrawork, meditation and walking meditation daily.



Anja Mond started with yoga 30 years ago in a very traditional way in India. Later on, she met other masters in New York, where she was living. She joined Integral yoga by Soami Satchitananda and worked out in a Hatha yoga way combined with pranayama and meditation. Back in Germany, she studied at the academy for yoga in Berlin and joined workshops with Kali Ray on TriYoga flow.

Anja Mond is also NLP-COACH and Founder of Yoga Carpe Diem, her own YogaStudio in Stralsund. She creates her own Yoga-retreats  with Yoga & Coaching called "ChakraJourney", which she offers in many countries.
She is also Founder of "MondReisen" her own travelagency for spiritual travellings.




ChakraWorkProgramm

Day 1 - Earth chakra day
(muladhara-chakra)

Feel the earth within yourself, experience what holds you from within and gives you strength. Learn the most important Hatha yoga asanas in order to keep the body healthy and fit. Be the rock in the surf!



Day 2 - Sakral chakra day
(svadhistana-chakra)

Experience the water within yourself. Feel all the motions and emotions and discover them in a brand new way. Enjoy your lust of life and learn the energetic flow yoga. Dance and go with the flow.



Day 3 - Solar plexus chakra day (manipura-chakra)

Feel the fire within yourself. Use the power and heat of your own inner source of energy in order to find new ways in your life. Discover you personal power to achieve your goals. Enjoy powerful Tantra chakra yoga lessons for a self-determined life. Be the creator of your life.



Day 4 - Heart chakra day
(anahat-chakra)

Feel the air within yourself, breath life in and out. Strengthen your complete respiratory system in order to absorb more prana out of the atmosphere. Experience how you can live from love and air with wonderful pranayama lessons. Breathe, live, and love.



Day 5 - Throat chakra day
(vishuddi-chakra)

Experience your inner room, the ether within you. Make yourself space for your own place within and look after your thoughts. Let them flow and give them a new structure. See how you can create your own way of thinking and positive mantras to control your mind. Write your own scripture of life and be the author of your life's book.



Day 6 - Chakra of the forehead
(ajna-chakra)

Feel the silence within and enjoy yourself. Meditate and dive into the infinite source of your energy. Be calm and experience the status of meditation. Just be.



Day 7 - Crown chakra day
(sahasra-chakra)

On this day, you should be still and just do good to you.
